This Refund Policy explains how FOR THE PRO handles returns, refunds, exchanges and withdrawal requests for purchases made through our website and Shopify checkout.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@forthepro.ch within the withdrawal period and include your order number, name and email address used for the order.
Hygiene and Sealed Products
FOR THE PRO sells performance football socks. For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been unsealed, opened, worn, washed, used or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and, where applicable, with original packaging, labels and hygiene seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been worn, washed or used.
- Products with broken or removed hygiene seals, where applicable.
- Products not in their original condition or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards or digital products, if offered.
Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, as permitted by applicable law.
Original Shipping Costs
Where required by applicable law, if you validly exercise your right of withdrawal for the full order, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. Additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by you that is more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refunded.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@forthepro.ch. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for all products or sizes. If you need a different product or size, contact us and we will confirm whether an exchange is possible. The fastest way to secure another product may be to place a new order after your return has been approved.

- Your order number.
- Your full name and email address.
- The product you want to return.
- The reason for your request, if you wish to provide one.
- Photos, if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
