This Shipping Policy explains how FOR THE PRO handles shipping, delivery areas, delivery times and shipping costs for orders placed through our website and Shopify checkout.
Shipping Area
At launch, FOR THE PRO ships within Europe. Available destinations are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the active markets configured in Shopify.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment. Current standard shipping conditions are:
- Standard shipping: EUR 4.90
- Free shipping for orders over EUR 49.90
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will be displayed during checkout. Shipping rates or availability may vary by destination if additional market-specific rules are configured.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, address issues, public holidays, high order volume or events outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. If tracking information is available, it may be sent to you by email once the shipment has been prepared.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. FOR THE PRO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to find a suitable solution. Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the package.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped within the active markets shown at checkout, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where required. Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable regulations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at hello@forthepro.ch. Please include your order number and any relevant photos or carrier information so we can review the case.
